I acknowledge this is a dynamic definition; I will direct my energy toward the safety and well-being of people most vulnerable to harassment in that context, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and others facing systemic inequalities.

This project began at the Agile 2023 conference in Orlando, with 100 pins and the trust of a community.

In collaboration with Agile Coach Camp World Wide, Women in Agile, and Agile in Color, Tobey gifted pins to those who would pledged.

Today, we continue to honor the power of trust between two people. Only a handful of Pin Keepers carry the person to person transmission of the pledge. I'm looking for collaborators on the future of this project.
